Boating

 This conference was founded in August, 1988, by WELL member flash
 gordon. It is about having fun on the water. It includes sailing,
 motorboating, windsurfing, and taking showers. 

 Actually, we're kidding about showers. everything else is fair game,
 though. It's a good place to hook up with other folks of like mind.
