Thanks, folks!

By the way, this book is going on sale at Gateways, a big health/
spirit/travel/etc book/music store on the downtown mall in Santa
Cruz. The first bookstore outside of Korea to carry it in stock
(that i know of). They have a web-site, will do mail-order...

Most excellent, David. It's such a gorgeous book, I'm so glad to hear it's
going to be placed in so many libraries!

Yeah, it's good for that... attracts the eye. Found at a library,
it might turn some people on to Korean culture, who had never given
it any consideration (like me, before i first arrived here).

I'm coming awfully late to this, but just wanted to say
congratulations to you, David. Sorry for being a stranger to inkwell
lately.

...

At the Asian Art Museum of San Francisco, we have "Then and Now"
Korean exhibitions: http://www.asianart.org/currentexhibitions.htm

I visited it yesterday with <poet-lariat> and his wife, Bev. Included
in the works was a san-shin image and explanation. I noticed a number
of other works that featured the tiger and the gnarly pine, but with
no sagely elder.
