(arse) set up Dim Sum at a fine place, Mr. Fong's in Foster City. Providing an early Sunday challenge, the posted address was actually an apartment building. We did find it (thanks to (needtono)) at 949-A Edgewater Blvd., Foster City, CA 94404.
