Words

The WORDS Conference is a place for all word-o-philes real and imagined to discuss the vagaries, peculiarities, oddities, beauties and inanities of language. Word games rage and delight, bumper stickers and other public uses and misuses of words are noted, aggravating abuses and/or unwitting deconstructions of the language are railed against, and, generally speaking, a splendid time is had by all in what some have called "the most civilized place on The WELL."
