To open the Accounting menu, from the Main menu choose 11 Accounting.

While you're in PicoSpan, you have direct access to information about your WELL account. You can see sessions and disk storage charges for any month.

From the Accounting menu choose 1 Information about your bill. The Billing menu will appear.

Choose the command that corresponds to the information you want to view. The WELL compiles the information you requested and displays it on the screen. This can take a moment, since the program needs to review the records that constitute your account.

If your address, phone number, or preferred method of billing change, you can enter the changes while you're online. To change your billing information, from the Billing menu choose 2 Update your billing/contact info (address, phone, credit card).
