How do I create the Salon Core membership that comes with my Annual Plan WELL membership?

Please mail helpdesk@well.com (including your WELL username, please) and we will set you up.

What level of Core membership benefits will I get?

You'll have an annual Salon Core membership with access to events and goodies./p>

I can still log in to my WELL account, but my Salon Core login doesn't work. What shall I do?

You may have had two Salon Core memberships, one of which has expired. Or perhaps you lost your cookie at Salon and simply need to get your Salon Core username and password again. Send an email to helpdesk@well.com with the login name you're using at Salon and your WELL username and we'll investigate.

I joined The WELL and Salon Core separately and am paying for both. Can I consolidate the accounts?

Yes. Ask us at helpdesk@well.com and we'll tie your accounts together, and combine your prorated credit.
