Economic Downturn Blues

Woke up this morning, and I heard the news. Woke up too late this morning: it was already old news. Stock market took itself a nose dive! Got them busted-flat blues. Well, I learned a hard lesson: if you play, you can lose. No, you can't always win, boy; sometime you gon' lose. Ain't no sure things out there, baby, 'cept for the blues. I ain't got much left, now; what's a poor boy to do? No, I ain't got much left, now; ain't but one thing I can do: take every last dollar, invest it all in the blues.
