I was in town on business a month prior to relocating to San Francisco
from Chicago and I needed to find information about the housing market
quickly. I logged on to several San Francisco Real Estate web sites,
including Vision Real Estate.
The first response I received from that inquiry was from Jack

market.

that he would be a terrific broker and help us find the house of our
dreams.
When my wife and I moved to San Francisco, Jack walked us through
every step of the negotiations and buying of our first house. He spent
the time to really understand what we were looking for, and helped us
understand what was available. He answered all of our questions and
guided us with through the logistics until the house that we loved was
ours.
Considering the incredibly competitive market in Marin at the time
we purchased, Jack was an invaluable asset in negotiating and obtaining
the home we wanted. I don't believe we would have obtained this home
without him.
This was our first home, and everyone had told us horror stories
about the purchase process. With Jack as our Realtor, everything went so
smoothly, it turned out to be a very enjoyable and rewarding experience.
