Jeffrey P. McManus

Jeffrey P. McManus is the author of How to Program Visual Basic Control Creation Edition. In addition to being a Visual Basic developer, he's trained hundreds of developers in corporate environments to be more productive using Microsoft development tools.

Jeffrey has been a conference host on the Well since 1992. He's also worked for Hotwired and written for the online magazine Salon. His web site, the News Babe Page, has garnered national attention, appearing in the pages of People Magazine and the Washington Post.

Jeffrey previously worked as a newspaper reporter in Santa Barbara and Ventura County, California. He attended the University of California, Santa Barbara. He currently resides in San Francisco.
