It is a system that at its core manipulates people who should be allies so that they attack each other; instigates enemies to attack each other so that both are weakened and only the unseen instigators gain; uses the tools of advanced research and development to harass, injure, and kill innocent people in ways which appear to be accidents. By covertly controlling access to education, employment, housing choices, and other basic human needs, this system impacts people's careers, interferes with their opportunity to choose where they live, with their choice of friends and partners. People are herded into places where mechanisms of torture are centered -- workplaces, housing complexes, cities, and towns. It is difficult for them to leave such places. Or they are driven into situations which are worse. In its invasive uses of science and technology, this system takes advantage of the work of those scientists and psychologists whose values are focused on their research, rather than on the welfare of their fellow human beings. I speak of research that is clearly invasive, such as controlling the thought processes of animals such as the use of brain invasive technologies on men and women without their knowledge or the covert remote control of human bodies. They have put many of us whom they attack together. That is now our strength. For everyone in every country in the world, I ask for sanctuary
