These pictures show about
three weekends of work on our xeriscape project, May 12-26, 2003. We took
out all the grass at our house that you can see from the street.

part while the camera
was still in the shop.

of a daunting prospect.

Notice the dead lawn. This was done by black magic.

Boulder
recycles yard trimmings into great mulch and gives it away. I didn’t know what the box
toward the lower left said until I looked at the picture later.

We had great transplanting weather. It sprinkled and wet the
flagstones. There are about
¼ ton of new ones in this project.
