======================================================================================================================================

Hibernations are a Dragon Vine practice of Ehn Tao, that models the Bvelavian proposition of Seht Wahl. Seht Wahl is an exercise of physically; mentally; and emotionally rejuvenating oneself, and reflecting on the continuing relevance; achievements; impacts; and desired revisions to one's kata parhma, during a scheduled routine of rest and a process of focused evaluation for resetting of intention.

at present, there is one hibernation in Ehn Tao. it occurs during the winter season, to model natures period of slowness and environmental rest. it initiates on December 30th, and continues through the last Friday of January.
