Lucca
David and Cynthia climbed the stairs to the top of a tower in the center of
Lucca. Presumably once used as a lookout, the view is spectacular, with the
old city spread out around us in the foreground and mountains all around in
the distance.
The view downward into Lucca from atop the tower.
The Leonardo Da Vinci museum in Lucca had numerous scale models of
his inventions. Here, Cynthia admires a bicycle attributed to
Leonardo's genius.
