Roundball Wizard
by
Biff
( The Who)
Ever since I was a young boy
I've admired basketball.
From Mikan to Olajuwon
I must have watched them all.
but I ain't seen nothing like her
in any gymnasium hall.
That smart, sassy and wise chic
sure plays a mean roundball.
They're left standing like a statue
become part of the gym floor,
Feeling' all the cheering
her throngs, they do adore.
She plays by intuition
the long bombs just seem to fall.
That smart, sassy and wise chic
sure plays a mean roundball.
She's the ballhog chic
there's got to be a twist.
She'll sink anything
she's got such a supple wrist.
How do you think she does it?
(I don't know)
What makes her so good?

(Sean Elliot/TheDay)
She ain't got no distractions
can't hear those buzzers and horns
Don't see the lights a flashin'
plays hard but won't conform.
Always in the replay
never fouls at all.
That smart, sassy, and wise chic
sure plays a mean roundball.
Some think Alana
is the roundball queen.
But I just got to figure
Dee's "best I've ever seen!"
Facing two or three defenders
she can beat the best.
She just sets them up
and the others do the rest.
She's got sticky fingers
often steals the ball.
That smart, sassy, and wise chic
Sure plays a mean roundball.
