Ford Pier, who played keyboards for Jr. circa Too Dumb to Quit, is one of the busier former members of the band. Following his departure from Jr., he played with Roots Roundup, and later joined both the Show Business Giants and D.O.A. More recently, he played guitar on one song on Veda Hille's second album and toured as part of her band. Along the way he found time to make this solo album, which covers a wide range of musical styles.
