Star Fleet Universe

The Star Fleet Universe is the setting for Star Fleet Battles and related games. Paramount's contract allows the publisher to use certain elements of the original Star Trek, excluding familiar characters and anything from the movies or later television series. In 2007 the game publisher, Amarillo Design Bureau, released a limited prototype edition of the first of their planned series of Star Fleet Universe fiction.

Gregg Press editions

Gregg Press was a small press that published small runs of hardcover editions of paperback originals for the library market. One of the key figures in Gregg Press, David G. UK Titan Numbering

Abigail Brady brought to my attention the fact that Titan published a number of Pocket's 1980s novels in a different sequence, with different numbering. Titan began publishing the books in 1987, starting with some then-current books and working older titles into the schedule as they went along. They used Pocket's cover art, but changed other elements of the cover design. Titan also reprinted twelve of the Bantam novels as the separately numbered Star Trek Adventures line. Bantam never numbered those books, so no confusion is likely to plague collectors where they're concerned, and listing their Titan numbers here seems unnecessary.
