Meal/Menu Responsibilities
Pack 314 will provide: BBQ chicken, sausage, hamburgers, hot dogs, baked
beans, chili, corn, green beans, and beverages
- Dens 1 and 2: macaroni & cheese, rice pilaf, potato salad
- Dens 3 and 4: desserts (cookies, cakes, brownies, pie, pudding)
- Dens 5 and 6: salads, salad dressings
- Den 7: breads, dinner rolls
*NOTE: Each family attending should bring enough of their designated
food item to provide 12 servings/portions. Please bring items in disposable
containers if at all possible, with appropriate serving utensils.
*NOTE 2: Wake County Health Department procedures must be adhered
to for kitchen, open area food serving, and restroom sanitation. Those
responsible for all of those areas should please contact Stephanie Phillips
or Patti Steele to be briefed on the proper procedures.
