 The tickets for Woodstock were really beautiful, full color printed and BIG.
 
 So why'd they have to collect them at the door?  My theory: they're gonna
 laminate them and sell them back to us!

 Mine was laminated to my forehead.
 They had to rip off my head to get it.  It wasn't a pretty sight.

 Oh yeah, well I went to a tattoo parlor, and had them trace the whole ticket with the taattoo gun, using the correct ink colors, and now hava a perfect replica on my forehead, forever!

 What about the people who never had their tickets checked?
 
 Telluride Bluegrass does the same things re: tickets (they take the whole
 thing)-- I guess they think the bracelet is enough of a souvenier.  I beg to
 differ.

 laminated, framed W 2 tickets.  $75, I think...

 MTV has a regularly-scheduled (I think) program called "The Goods" which
 this weekend featured all Woodstock merchandise.  Backstage passes for $75!

 I saw some of that show ("The Goods") Saturday evening.
 $40 Woodstock II logo sweatshirts, with the word "STAFF"
 printed on the back in big blue letters. Bound to be a collector's
 item. Gimme elevnty zillion of 'em.

 That was as bad a infomercial as I think I've ever seen.
