SHORT VERSION
Use abs@well.com

LONG VERSION
I prefer to store my email on my hard drive, so I don't use gmail.
I read mail with the Mac Mail client, and when I send outgoing mail
it sends it from my adddress at my current ISP.  That used to be att,
and will soon be cox.  I don't know how to scrub that address from
the messages I send, but I always include abs@well.com in the "Reply To"
field.  Of course, every time I move or change internet providers I get
a new ISP email address.

Meanwhile, I've had abs@well.com since 1989, which has its pros and cons,
but it always forwards to the right place.  Please use it.  Thanks.
