It is 'pcleaders@siggraph.org', or 'pcl@siggraph.org'. Currently, it contains the various email addresses of chapters leaders. There are severals issues: - individual chapters cannot update the list themselves when officers change - changes must be made by one of the system administrators; it's one more thing for them to do I would like to to modify the list to become 'a list of lists'. Basically, pcleader@siggraph.org would contain the officers lists of all chapters: pcc@siggraph.org la-officers@siggraph.org mexico_city-officers@siggraph.org paris-officers@siggraph.org san_antonio-officers@siggraph.org sv-officers@siggraph.org (...) This solve all issues, since chapters can modify the -officers lists themselves. All the system administrator has to do, is modify pcleader when a chapter is created. Not all chapters have an -officers list yet, but we can create them very rapidly. I would like to have your feedback on this, if possible before the end of next week. Do you see any reasons that would prevent us from adopting this system? Hello,

There is a Majordomo mailing list = set-up on siggraph.org for all chapters leaders. It is = 'pcleaders@siggraph.org', or 'pcl@siggraph.org'. Currently, it contains = the various email addresses of chapters leaders. There are severals = issues:

 - individual chapters cannot = update the list themselves when officers change
 - changes must be made by one = of the system administrators; it's one more thing for them to do

I would like to to modify the list to = become 'a list of lists'. Basically, pcleader@siggraph.org would = contain the officers lists of all chapters:

 pcc@siggraph.org
 la-officers@siggraph.org
 mexico_city-officers@siggraph.org
 paris-officers@siggraph.org
 san_antonio-officers@siggraph.org
 sv-officers@siggraph.org
 (...)

This solve all issues, since chapters = can modify the -officers lists themselves. All the system administrator = has to do, is modify pcleader when a chapter is created. Not all = chapters have an -officers list yet, but we can create them very = rapidly.

I would like to have your feedback on = this, if possible before the end of next week. Do you see any reasons = that would prevent us from adopting this system?

Thanks for your time and = consideration,
