SCORPIO SAFE SEX GUIDELINES

For the duration of the AIDS crisis, SCORPIO has adopted definite and mandatory sexual guidelines for all participants and guests at any SCORPIO function.
3.0.2
These rules are mandatory. Anyone found to violate the letter or purpose of these rules will be asked to leave, and may be prohibited from further SCORPIO participation.
3.0.3
While SCORPIO cannot control the sexual activities of its participants outside of SCORPIO, it is our strong suggestion that any person desiring to participate in SCORPIO shall limit all outside sexual contacts to these guidelines as well. This will minimize the chance of accidental infection spreading into our group.
3.0.4
Obviously, these guidelines do not apply as between a committed or long-standing couple, in relations between themselves. SCORPIO merely urges common sense and discretion in such a case, for the duration of the AIDS crisis.
3.0.5
We recognize that the only 100% sure way to eliminate the risk of AIDS is to totally give up our activities. We are not willing to take this step. However, we are committed to strict enforcement of a "reasonably safe sex" policy to minimize both the risk of infection spreading into any member of our group, and the spread of infection among our group members should any member become exposed.
3.1
EVERY PARTICIPANT AND GUEST SHALL BE FAMILIAR WITH THE FOLLOWING SET OF GUIDELINES.
3.1.1
PERMITTED:
3.1.1.1
French (deep) kissing, if neither person has mouth sores or bleeding gums.
3.1.1.2
Touching, stroking, slapping, pinching, massage, hugging, or any other skin-to-skin contact which does not involve exchange of saliva, sperm, blood, vaginal secretions.
3.1.1.3
Sucking, licking, biting, or any other mouth-skin activity not involving exchange of saliva into blood. Be careful, however, of any open wounds, piercings, sores in the area.
3.1.1.4
Master going down on slave. This is permitted also, except a slave marked in red is not permitted to be used in this manner.
3.1.1.5
Slave going down on Master without orgasm into the slave's mouth. No Master is permitted to orgasm into a slave's mouth. Slave may orally excite a Master, but Master must not permit himself to orgasm into her mouth. She may finish him off by hand.
3.1.1.6
Any masturbation of Master or slave by hand is permitted. A Master may bring a slave to orgasm by hand (if hands are clean). A slave may be made to bring a Master to orgasm by hand, and good cleanliness should be followed to dispose of sperm afterwards.
3.1.1.7
Master may have intercourse with slave only if using a condom. SCORPIO will maintain a supply of condoms. We wish to avoid all discharge of sperm into a slave's body (mouth or vagina).
3.1.1.8
B&D, S&M, Master/slave play such as whipping, spanking, humiliation, etc., which does not involve exchange of sperm, blood, vaginal secretions.
3.1.2
FORBIDDEN:
3.1.2.1
Anal use of any kind. This includes anal intercourse, fingers into the anus, whip handles into the anus, etc. The anus is strictly off limits.
3.1.2.2
Any person going down on a slave who has her period. Any slave bleeding on her period must wear a red ribbon. No one is permitted to go down on this slave.
3.1.2.3
Ejaculation of sperm into the mouth of a slave. This is prohibited. No Master may allow himself to ejaculate into a slave's mouth. He must withdraw and should be finished off by hand if that is his desire.
3.1.2.4
Intercourse without a condom is prohibited. Master may have intercourse with a slave but only with a condom. We wish to avoid any discharge of sperm into mouth or vagina of any slave.
3.1.2.5
Any kissing or mouth-to-skin activity where either party has an open sore, bleeding gums, new piercing, or fresh wound is prohibited. We wish to minimize the chance of accidental exchange of saliva into blood through a sore, wound, new piercing, etc.
3.1.2.6
Any use of a dildo or other sex toy on more than one slave is prohibited, unless it is thoroughly washed or cleaned between uses. Accidental spread of blood between the slaves is too easy.
