Indiana RadioWatch: June 13, 2005
An important clarification to last week's story on Emmis N-T/WIBC (1070am,
Indianapolis) news anchor Leigh DeNoon. Ms. DeNoon pointed out to IRW
that she was told by police that a pursuit ended at the Bigfoot gas
station in Shelbyville. She called the gas station based on that
information. As IRW found its information in published media, we
erroneously unintentionally sensationalized Ms. DeNoon's involvement in
the story. We apologize for that.
