According to Radio & Records, the FCC has given notice to Pathfinder Communications' stations WMEE, and WQHK(AM) (now WHWD) that they must pay $8000 in fines for EEO violations. See more at the FCC's site (plain text or Corel WordPerfect)

Woody takes the night slot at Classic Rock/WBYR (98.9fm, Van Wert, Ohio). He previously did overnights. Weekender Mike Edwards segues into overnights, and "Psycho" Joel Haas is the new producer for Elvis & Hammer's morning show.

LaBov & Beyond Productions is donating $100,000 worth of audio equipment to IPFW (Indiana Purdue University at Fort Wayne) for use in their communications programs. The donation is in honor of Gary Noe, a local musician, employee of LaBov & Beyond, and former PD at News-Talk/WOWO (1190am, Fort Wayne). Noe passed away earlier this year.
