106.7fm signed on in 1994. Formerly WGGR, the station changed calls in August 1998. Also in August, WBKS began playing
"Classic Soul And Jam'n Hits". Radio One, Inc. purchased WBKS in March 2000. The FCC approved the sale
on May 16, 2000. WBKS is now WTLC-FM.
