Formerly WGGR, the station changed calls in August,
1998. Also in August, WBKS started playing "Classic Soul And Jam'n Hits".
The stations were sold to Radio One,
Inc. in March, 2000. That sale was approved by the FCC on 16 May 2000.
WBKS is now WTLC-FM.
