Station History
Signed on November 1, 1971. WEEM's call letters stand for Ernest E. Miller,
who was the first principal when Penleton Heights High School consolidated.
Miller had the idea to start a radio station there. Rod Brooks (Deceased
15 Febraury 2005) was the first voice heard. WEEM changed formats from
Variety to Oldies in September, 2002. In late 2004, WEEM changed formats
again - from Oldies to AAA.
