104.3fm signed on April 7, 1998. Station formerly known as WLVX and WBLO. WEGK flipped formats from urban (as WBLO) to country music during the first week of January, 2004. WEGK changed calls to WLRX and was simulcasting Louisville's WLRS. Now it's WAYI.
