Station History

CP granted on 28 March 2000. 106.7fm signed on with a jazz format, as WFJZ on Friday 25 January 2002 at 12:00am. The jazz format abruptly ended in May, 2005 with construction noises for two and a half days. At 3:00pm on 27 May 2005, the new "Froggy 106.7" debuted with a Hot AC format. The first song was Three Dog Night's "Joy to the World" (Why? The first line of the song: "Jeremiah was a bullfrog..."). Moved studios from 450 North Grandstaff Drive, Auburn, IN 46706-1659 to 1153 W. 15th St., Auburn, IN 46706-2061 in October 2010.
