Software
I have written the following software and hints for Macintosh use (some of which also work with other Unix flavors).
Mac OS X and Unix software
- AutoFileUpload - automatic Finder drop box to a remote server (untested with Leopard; Automator is probably easier now anyway)
- bbdb2vcard - import an Emacs BBDB contact database into the Apple Address Book (not yet online - email me for more info)
- Mail.app enhancement - import a mailbox (in mbox format) from a remote server into Apple Mail (not yet online - email me for more info)
- Mail.app enhancement - automatically open a secure SSH tunnel to transfer mail between Apple Mail with remote servers (not yet online - email me for more info)
- PublishIP - upload your IP address to a remote system (track your computer's current address) (untested with Leopard)
