We're holding Critical Mass in Tel Aviv already for 6 months. We waited some time to see how it works, but after two consecutive 100+ rides, we thought is time for us to appear in the Critical Mass Times.

Tel Aviv city has announced a plan for bike lanes, but is still far from implementation. We've to do a lot of public pressure to do for the municipality to take bikes more seriously.
Otherwise, rides have been fun, starting each last Friday every month 13:00 from Rabin Square at center Tel Aviv.
