For the local system we decided on "Playmobil 123" over Brio, Wood Town, Leggo, and Thomas the Tank Engine products.


While visiting a friend in Vancouver, a train appears on the freight siding below the balcony. We went down for a close look and some pictures.

We think it's an EMD SW-1500, but anyone who can provide a positive ID is encouraged to correct us.

The crew invited us to tour the cab. Look carefully to see who is in the engineer's seat!
