Firstly, I'm in prepaid housing "for life" in Tempe AZ as of 2005/11/28, so moving me is going to cost an employer a lot, new housing away from Tempe AZ is a zero based additional expense directly out of lifestyle enhancing surplus cash for me. I'd far rather telecommute than relocate.
