Northwestern University's Connected Mathematics: Making Sense of Complex Phenomena Through Building Object-Based Parallel Models, their StarLogo models collection. This is for another dialect of the StarLogo language, called StarLogoT, that runs only on Macintoshes at present, but with effort the code can be ported to the MIT StarLogo for Java version. See for example my own modest attempts along these lines.
