I've done a couple of presentations on the Common Criteria (IS015408). The first is a fairly technical one, the second is higher level and concentrates more on the migration from TCSEC to the Common Criteria. As a note, the 2 slides on the first presentation outlining requirements were shamelessly stolen from a NIAP presentation.
