Cut the PVC into equal lengths, at least 6". Using elbows construct a square. Cut welded wire to cover one side of the square (smooth all cut edges). Drill holes on 2 opposing sides and bolt wire to PVC square. Insert eyebolt in top of square and mount this contraption to the outside of an exhibit. Stock with leaves and other greens which may be plucked from either the inside or outside of the feeder.
