White Peach Divine

Toss together: 

2 large skinned, sliced white peaches 
1/2 pint raspberries 
2 T sugar 
1 T Grand Marnier 

Set aside. 

In a small bowl combine: 

1 cup mascarpone cheese 
1/4 cup heavy cream 
1 tsp vanilla 
1 tsp grated orange zest 

Pipe or spoon the creamy mixture into individual dessert cups, and divvy the
fruit over each. Serve with biscotti. Serves four.
