All You Need To Know About God

People often ask me what I think about God, gods, and religions. They ask me whether I think any of these things are real, and if so, who is the true god and what is the true religion. So I've compiled here the most-common questions which people have asked me over the years, and the true answers to those questions:

Question: Does God exist?

Answer: No. God is a myth.

Question: Do any gods exist?

Answer: No. All gods are myths.

Question: What is the one true religion?

Answer: All religions are myths. None are literally true. All of them are fantasy. Some are good fantasy and some are bad, but they're all fantasy.

Question: But The Bible says....

Answer: The Torah, The Bible, The Koran, The Upanishads, The Mahabharata, The Bhagavad Gita, and all other religious writings, past, present, and future, are all anthologies of poetry and fantasy. None of them are literally, physically, historically, or scientifically true. At best, some of them may contain metaphorical truths; but caveat emptor: always use your best judgment before coming to conclusions. In the words of the late great Christopher Hitchens: "Take the risk of thinking for yourself; much more happiness, truth, beauty, and wisdom will come to you that way."

Question: Thanks for enlightening me! I always wondered about these things.

Answer: You're welcome. I'm glad I could be of service.
