KARA ELIZABETH GALLOWAY AND JANET MICHAL SARVER

WOODSTOCK WAS DEFINITELY A NEW EXPERIENCE FOR ME. THE CROWDS HAVE BEEN AWFUL AND SO HAS THE LAKES OF MUD, BUT THE ATMOSPHERE HAS BEEN INTERESTING. WHEN I WAS WAITING FOR THE BUS, I HEARD A GUY SAY THAT IF THIS HAD BEEN ANY OTHER CONCERT, A FIGHT WOULD HAVE BROKEN OUT A LONG TIME AGO BECAUSE OF THE CROWDING...PROBABLY TRUE. THE ONE THING I REGRET IS THAT SOME PEOPLE CAME JUST FOR THE MUSIC AND NOT FOR THE IDEA OF UNITY AND HELPING THE ENVIRONMENT.I AM VERY ANGRY AT THE PEOPLE WHO PLANNED THIS THING...THEY DIDN'T TAKE INTO CONSIDERATION HOW MANY PEOPLE THEY WOULD HAVE TO ACCOMODATE...OR AT LEAST THEY DIDN'T ESTIMATE VERY WELL. I'M ALSO ANGRY AT THE AMOUNT OF SELFISHNESS PRESENT, DESPITE THE AMOUNT OF SHARING PEOPLE PRESENT.WE ARE DEFINITELY THE "I" GENERATION. -KARA GALLOWAY(OHIO)
WELL WOODSTOCK WAS DEFINITELY AN EXPERIENCE OF A LIFETIME, BUT IT WAS A DIFFICULT WEEKEND. RAIN, MUD AND CROWDS ...AND MORE MUD... AT LEAST I CAN SAY THAT I WAS HERE. NINE INCH NAILS WAS GREAT. MOST SHOWS WE LISTENED TO FROM THE DISTANCE INSTEAD OF BRAVING THE MOBS. WE SHALL PERSEVERE... IT WAS EXPENSIVE BUT WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT 3 DAYS OF MISERY AND ECSTASY FOR 250,000 PEOPLE TO COST??? GLAD YOU WEREN'T HERE... JUST WOULD'VE BEEN ONE MORE TENT AND ONE MORE BODY THAT THERE WASN'T ROOM FOR... IT WAS NOT QUITE A FESTIVAL OF PEACE AND LOVE... MORE LIKE "GIVE ME WEED OR GET OUT OF MY F*ING WAY" FESTIVAL... OH WELL... -JANET SARVER
