I'm here at Woodstock from Albany, NY. A minute journey compared to most I've met. Before arriving, I was a little skeptical about the reasons for holding this concert. It seemed as though it was just another corporate investment. I was pleasently surprised when I arrived though. The people and the atmosphere are great. There are some large info-mercials set up disguised as attractions, but overall this is a kick-ass time.
As far as the weather goes, could be better. :( At first everone was
trying to avoid the muddy areas, but now it just doesn't matter. People are just sloshing around covered up to their knees in mud.
As of Sunday morning, the bands to see in my opinion were Metallica, Cypress Hill, Rollins Band, and Nine Inch Nails. Melissa Etheredge did an amazing tribute to Janis Joplin.
Well, I didn't pay $135 to sit and play on the computer, so I'll talk to you later. Take care.
