Costa Rica November 2006, Frogs, lizards and whatnot

The frogs Costa Rica is famous for -- the big-eyed, brightly colored poisonous ones -- are all surprisingly tiny, the size of nickels, dimes even. Also, they're nocturnal. This makes them difficult to find, let alone photograph. Here's a big bruiser of a frog, the size of two fists.
This frog was small -- the size of a quarter. It showed up on our deck every night, and every night I'd shoo it back to the grassy slopes below the house.
We found this talented frog sucked onto our living room window one night. We were impressed by its ability to flip us off with its rear foot.
