Our first day at ADF (the Ducasse cooking school) today. Great stuff. Tomorrow is dinner at Les Magnolias, then lunch at Gagnaire, a dinner at La Veranda, finally a dinner at L'Astrance. Looking forward to all! I'll let you know our thoughts. Thanks.
