I have written the following software and hints for Macintosh use (some of which also work with other Unix flavors).

Mac OS X and Unix software

AutoFileUpload - automatic Finder drop box to a remote server (untested with Leopard; Automator is probably easier now anyway)
bbdb2vcard - import an Emacs BBDB contact database into the Apple Address Book (not yet online - email me for more info)
Mail.app enhancement - import a mailbox (in mbox format) from a remote server into Apple Mail (not yet online - email me for more info)
Mail.app enhancement - automatically open a secure SSH tunnel to transfer mail between Apple Mail with remote servers (not yet online - email me for more info)
PublishIP - upload your IP address to a remote system (track your computer's current address) (untested with Leopard)

Hacks For Mac OS X

Invert iTunes arrow link behavior - more easily browse your own music library
Change login window background picture
Add text message to login window
Make hidden applications transparent in Dock

Mac Software and Hacks (versions for Mac systems that pre-date Leopard)

MountPart - mount and unmount a drive's individual partitions without doing so to all partitions (no longer necessary with 10.5 Leopard)
Modem Static Remover - avoid the iMac speaker static bug documented in Apple Knowledge Base Article 88055 (for iMacs running Mac OS 9 only).
Safari accidental quit protection - avoid accidentally quitting Safari with a mistyped Cmd-Q (no longer necessary with 10.5 Leopard)
Thumbfixer - automatically edit iMovie project files (primarily useful to correct the scrambled thumbnail bug documented in Apple Knowledge Base Article 61555) (for iMovie 2 only).
