Rockies

The Rockies overlap with the midwest, the southwest, and the northwest, and it carries some of the attributes of each of these areas; but they combine the best of all these regions. We have grasslands, canyonlands, wheatfields, snowfields, snowboarders, kayakers, apocalyptic Christians, Birkenstock-shod Boulderites, bluegrass, newgrass, Cajun Slamgrass, urban gang violence, avalanches, dying small towns, and mariachi bands.
